Clean hotel, I enjoyed ideal staff and location.

Had a very relaxing stay for a time this could have been done, enjoyed staff and location. The outdoor restaurant for dinner and breakfast-deck was the best part.

All was clean, I enjoyed perfect staff and rooms. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Had nice sunny 2 days here thanks to its pleasant staff and food.

We enjoyed our stay there, it was excellent. Perfect place to stay for us. The rooms were en suite and the service excellent.

Staff was absolutely amazing, breakfast was really tasty, absolutely perfect location in centre of Pooley Bridge. Clean hotel and terrific service.

It was tidy, stuff was helpful. We had a cosy bedroom. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to the river and a beautiful area and the centre. The food they offered was good, had plenty of meals.

Functional & absolutely stunning unit with decent shower, great bathroom plus nice decor.

The stay at this authentic hotel was a fab one. Friendly location, exceptional breakfast, nice service and the staff was modern! An easy walk to the fantastic beach. Also, lake ullswater was 3 km away. I really enjoyed a comfortable decor and traditional furniture.

Top location, fair prices. Very polite staff and absolutely fantastic breakfasts. Comfortable bedroom and extremely comfy beds. Hotel was neat and the service was exceptional! Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

nothing too much trouble, we spent a peaceful time here. spectacular view, really big bed and varied breakfast. exciting unit. extremely quiet location just a pleasant stroll away from pooley bridge boat house.

English breakfast offers plenty of dishes, rooms are compact and staff is outstanding.

The place overall is fairly clean & beautiful. This hotel offers gorgeous location close enough to the river and fantastic beer garden and the lake. .

Unbeatable location, lovely beds and very pleasant staff. It was very close to Pooley Bridge downtown. Warm and gorgeous room, we enjoyed it. Food was delicious, excellent service.

Nice comfy base for 1 night. Favourable location, amicable staff, tasty food. Facilities were fabulous too. Moreover, free WiFi worked well in public areas. Busy bar on site.

Excellent place to stay after the tiring trip. Lovely view, a nice balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Excellent bathroom, very efficient staff, what was important for me. Hotel's restaurant was popular and with distinguished food.

I loved the property and excellent location and staff. They made my stay VERY ENJOYABLE SHORT. Worth mentioning view of sea. It was good standard and the bed was extra large.

the venue is cool and well-designed. it's themed with lovely beds and glorious views. staff are sweet, they keep the place fairly clean.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring Penrith, really loved it. It was nice to have balcony. The restaurant was located within 100 metres. The stay was excellent; nothing too much trouble.

Everything is very clean, food and staff are amazing. We liked the way our standard queen room was.

Would definitely come back here if in the area. It's superb base for visiting some must see attractions in Penrith. Room was large for us.

We greatly enjoyed everything, it was good. Parking was provided to the guests. It was a bonus for us to stay within 5 minutes' walk from Dunmallard Car Park.
